When you load a game that's not in demo mode for the first time, the geolocation plugin will start to download. Please ensure that pop-ups are enabled on your computer to allow the plugin to install on your machine.
Using Google Chrome? Here's how to enable pop-ups:
- Click the alert icon that appears in the right of the address.
- Select Always allow pop-ups from....
- Click Done.
Don't see an alert icon? Follow these steps:
- Copy our web address.
- Click the Chrome menu (the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner of the browser), and click Settings.
- Click Show Advanced Settings at the bottom of the list.
- Select Privacy and then click Content Settings.
- Scroll down to the Pop-ups section and click Manage Exceptions.
- Paste our web address into the Hostname Pattern
- Click Done.
Using Internet Explorer? Here's how to enable pop-ups:
- Copy our web address.
- Click Tools or the small cog symbol if you're using the latest version of Internet Explorer.
- Select Internet Options.
- When a new small window pops up, click the Privacy tab at the top.
- In the Pop-up Blocker section, click Settings.
- Paste our web address into the box that readsAddress of website to allow.
- Click Add.
Using Firefox? Here's how to enable pop-ups:
- Copy our web address.
- Click on the Firefox menu.
- Select Options.
- Click Content panel and go to Block Pop-up Windows.
- Select Exceptions.
- Paste our web address into the box.
- Click Allow.
Using Safari?
Just press Command + Shift + K while on a site to bring up your pop-up preferences.
To uninstall the geo-comply plug-in:
Windows:
- Click the Start Menu> Control Panel.
- Select Programs and Features.
- If your Control Panel is in Category view, go to uninstall a Program.
- Click on the program titled ‘Player Location Check’, and click Uninstall.
Mac:
- Close all active applications and go to your Applications Folder.
- Find the GeoComply plugin, known as Player Location Check, and drag it into the Trash.
- Right-click on the Trash and select Empty Trash.
Please note that whether you have Windows or Mac, it is suggested that you restart your computer after uninstalling.
