How do I acknowledge a tax event?

In the event that one of your wagers meets certain IRS criteria, we are required to obtain your acknowledgement of the taxable event. Please note that your account will remain in a "locked" state, and you will be unable to make any real money wagers or deposit/withdraw funds until you acknowledge the tax event. 

If this happens, you will receive a notification to acknowledge the tax event from your Account Statement page. Here are instructions to acknowledge a tax event:

1. Log in to your account
2. Select My Account
3. Select Account Statement
4. Select the Tax Forms tab
5. Use the buttons to acknowledge any pending tax events on your account

Once you've acknowledged all pending tax events, your account will be unlocked and you will be able to play for real money and deposit/withdraw funds.
